What Uno does is pretty amazing. But Blazor is an entirely different thing, in that it will be a deeply integrated part of .NET with development driven by Microsoft.

In my opinion, that means there’s going to be a reluctance among many (most?) business developers to adopt Uno unless it gets more direct support from Microsoft. It’s sort of the same situation that Mono was in, where it had niche success but couldn’t really break out until Microsoft bought Xamarin.

That said, I would like nothing better for Microsoft to support it or develop their own system for cross-platform UI!
