That's understandable. I made my peace with Windows long ago--I've become accustomed to working around its shortcomings, I appreciate its benefits, and I always have a foot planted in the Microsoft/.NET stack. But I wouldn't try to convince a macOS or Linux user to switch to Windows, because there are clear tradeoffs.
