That’s basically it. For example, the wp_posts table has all kinds of content stuffed in it, including pages, posts, post revisions, media files, and even menu items. And there’s other weirdness I don’t want to remember right now. 😉

I haven’t used Duplicator but there are plenty of plugins that let you download your site content. When you’re migrating to a non-WordPress site, though, you’ll probably need to discard a lot of this data because it probably won’t map that well to your new schema.
