Thanks for your comments! Personally, I’m inclined to listen to most “authority-driven hierarchies”, but I think nutritional science has profoundly let us down. Yes, things are far more complex than we first expected (and there’s nothing wrong with that), but many people, companies, and authorities have no hesitation to sell us huge claims and questionable generalizations based on amazingly little research. Even worse, the problem stretches back several decades at least. I’ll be sure to check out your article!
