Thanks for the link — I’ll definitely check it out. To be honest, I hadn’t really considered using a functional programming language. My bias is shaped somewhat by how I learned, and also the fact that functional languages are still relatively underrepresented in professional development (as compared to, say, academia). But that said, now I’m interested! Do you have a recommendation for a functional language that you think would make a good starting language?
