Nutrition science is often messy and sometimes contradictory, but if I had to bet I’d pick that sort of diet as the one likeliest to be healthy. The truly amazing thing is that humans can eat (and thrive) with such a varied diet across different times and cultures. Many other animals have diets that are limited to specific food types or even specific foods (Koala bear, I’m thinking of you). Thanks for the comment!
