In K-12, I think there’s already a gradual (and unwitting) switch to a hybrid model with in-class teacher-assisted learning using the resources and content from online sources. This sounds like a great balance, but the problem is there’s not always a lot of thought put to how we manage this relationship, and there’s a bias that assumes online is always the best source of information for tech and science (not always true). We also confuse the question of “What is the best place to get information?” with “What is the best environment for our kids to learn?”
