I could debate your example (as far as I know, the Manhattan project was plagued by leaks and there was at least one Soviet spy embedded in it).

But I’m more interested in your argument that “This article is now completely suspect.” Let’s say I’m 100% wrong about 9/11. Does that invalidate the rest of the argument? Or is that suggestion not itself a logical fallacy?
